It's been months since I have posted a blog. Mainly because I have just been so busy with so many different things that I haven't had time to sit down and write my thoughts down on the computer. I'm just managing to keep with Twitter and YouTube!
This blog is going to be in forms of lists because they are easy to write, and also to recieve.
The past couple of months I have been
- Taking my AS exams
- Writing my personal statement
- Choosing my universites
- Booking a holiday with friends
- Starting next year's A Level courses
- At a Classics Summer School
- Earning money
- Getting closer to people in my church
- Auditioning for musicals
- Attending Open Days
- Going to parties, weddings and meetings
- Attending weekly football matches to support my friend Daniel
- Spending a lot of time with Daniel, Esther, Rachel and a few other friends.
- JUST BEING BUSY.
I have six weeks to do all of these things.
- Essays for teachers
- Organising the Drama Club that I'm leading next year
- Helping out for a week at a Kid's Club
- Seeing family & friends in Durham, Preston, Liverpool & Bristol
- Holiday to Cornwall
- Summer in the city/camping? (see below)
- Working all my shifts (and more)
- Reading several books
- Getting work experience
Summer in the city/camping?
As a lot of you know, SitC is held on the last weekend of August, and most of the UK YouTube community will be attending, because it's going to be the biggest gathering yet.
As none of you know, a small but exciting festival is held on the last week of August, and a group of my close friends that are off to University next year will be attending, because they enjoy that sort of thing.
Dilemma: They are on the same day.
I hate the thought of letting anyone down, but in this case I'm going to have to. I still haven't decided about what I am going to do and would be grateful if anyone has any true, helpful suggestions.
Blog over.

I am 16, going on 17..
I'm in the middle of watching a film that's in French, and it's about a little Ethopian boy who in order to survive, has to take on the life of a Jewish boy. It's such a good storyline, and although I;m reading subtitles- it's brilliant.
These words that I am typing right now will be the last words I type as an "innocent 16 year old." I am very much looking forward to being 17, as this year has gone incredibly slow for me and although to a lot of people 17 isn't actually that grown up, I don't want to be 16 anymore, and I want to be able to drive and be one year closer to LEGALLY attend clubs, and buy alcohol.
Also on my birthday, if you are subscribed to the 365project, then you will be seeing my beautiful face.
That is all.

I am determined
Determined to what?
Not change the layout of my YouTube channel. At the moment, I like the way you can go onto somebody's and instantly see a brief description of them, see how many people watch them, and how often they sign in, perhaps where they live. With the new layout, you have to scroll down to do all this. Although the new layout does look more professional I don't really understand why they HAVE to look like this. It's not like every channel is a business. I, personally prefer the old school layout. I think I'll cry when you have to have it.
In other news, I just watched all the videos in my subscription box, and this was alot. I don't tend to watch videos everyday, I tend to do them in a big spree and I just did this but today I CLEARED that whole damn thing

Now, I can get on to revising. I have a Classics exam tomorrow at 1pm, and then the Tibbils gathering is at the weekend which makes me happy :)

The Night Before English
It's always going to be a fascinating evening when you have a friend round to revise, and you both realise that you haven't even looked at two of the texts that you're exam is on.
It seems as though quite a few people take English Literature at A Level, and therefore a lot of you will know that it's a really hard subject to revise for. You have just be naturally intelligent to take English, and also incredibly open-minded. I guess that's the difference with English & the sciencey subjects (ew). There's nothing you can learn for English. You can't right revision cards with facts, or equations.. You just have to.. know. So we're studying tonight.. ALL NIGHT & we'll be sharing ideas and talking about Sigmund Freud and Karl Marx.
I'm now getting looks from my friend who has "The Great Gatsby" in her hands, and I think that's a signal to get off the laptop, and pass my A Levels.
In other news, I'm doing vegetarian week this week. It won't be as hard for me as others because I don't eat pork anyway (ever since I watched a documentary on pork and how it's made). I wouldn't even mind going vegetarian because I love pasta and salad so I reckon this week will be easy. May post a video in the middle of the week.
Also, attending Tibbils gathering this weekend. Who's going?
Also, I made a video. Go and watch it?

23:23
Let me tell you what happened in my day. I'll even do it hourly, if you like!
7:00 Got a text from Mother telling me to wake up (yes, that's how we roll)
7:30 Climbed out of bed, purely to check twitter/youtube/facebook
7:32 Discovered that I was very, very close to 1,000 subscribers
8:15 Shoved my hair up/did the make-up/packed the bag
8:31 Realised I still had my pyjama bottoms on so got dressed.
8:40 Went downstairs for breakfast
8:55 Left the house for work whilst eating an apple
9:00- 5:00 WORK. LAME. POO. The only vaguely exciting thing was that a group of twenty Irish monks & nuns came in & ordered 20 cappucinos.
5:15 Home. I made a cake. I made two cakes.
5:45 Discover I have 1,011 subscribers & go crazyyy :)
6:15 Went out to my church which I feel I should as I have since I was little.
9:00 Full on cake. Had an argument with Daniel about not inviting him to my "all girls birthday meal".
9:10 Got to Daniel's house and his car wasn't there. FAIL.
9:10-9:35 Sat in Daniel's house & waited for his parents to return home with his car. We rolled around with Amber (his gorgeous dog) & talked & laughed & had awkward silences broken by a rugby tackle.
9:40 He dropped me home & it was sad.
9:45 Walk in and we suddenly have a Wii. I discover we're just borrowing it.
10:00 Give up on the game & come onto the internet like a fat teenager
10:04 Ivens says hi. We chat. We're still talking now.
The time is now 23:23 which is an awesome time to post this blog.
Ah crap, it just turned 23:24. I'm going to bed.

Swiftly moving on...
I'm listening to Now 72. It's amazing. Possibly the best collective album. I strongly recommend that if you want to have a listen, then go and download Spotify (which is completely legal) & do so. On the other hand, you can trust me and go and buy it. Either way.. LISTEN.
I'm in such a happy mood & after reading Tom's blog I realised that he is completely right (for once) and blogs do really have an effect on the reader. I don't want to depress you with my life & tell you how suck-ish things can be. If there is a genuine problem, I'm going to try and see the positive side of things. So thank you Tom.
Other things that make me happy?
1. I passed my Grade 6 Oboe exam with a merit!
2. My drama exam went really, really well
3. It's my birthday in 17 days
4. I'm going to see people off the internet in ten days
5. I'm listening to a ridiculous song on Spotify
6. I just spotted my autograph/photo with Colin Firth
7. I bought a new dress the other day
8. I have a job and I'm earning a lot
9. I had a really nice conversation with Chris earlier & I just want to be with him
10. Sam has bought me a microphone so that I can talk to him on Skype
11. I'm almost certainly going to the USA next year!
If you hadn't noticed, I've discovered the use of hyperlinks. It's amazing.

I don't want to grow up.
Imagine.
A group of 16-18 year olds. Twenty three to be precise. Hiding behind a bush. Trying to stay as quiet as possible. A branch goes up someone's skirt. The skirt rips. Everyone tries not to laugh. Two people running, looking. Frantically. A squirrel. A scream. Everyone on the floor laughing.
If you can imagine that, then you may as well have been with me today.
The conclusion from today?
Hide & Seek at a place of education is the best cure to relieving exam stress. Try it.
In other news. 18 days until my birthday. 18 days until I can drive.
